Gifkommetjie

Highlights: The Gifkommetjie path parallels the south-west coast of Cape Point and provides beautiful views of the unspoiled coastline, lush green dunes, and open pans and marshes. It’s a great option for the fairly fit looking to get some good distance on a flat road, but if you’re just trying to stretch your legs away from the busier parts of Cape Point, it can also be shortened. It is a part of the nature reserve that is often ignored and the consequence is a feeling of total solitude and escapism in one of the most picturesque locations.
